Knowing Yogyakarta Indonesia

Most Filipino travelers would go to nearby countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau (Visa free country) but very few would go to Indonesia. Most Filipinos would only know Bali and Jakarta but little did we know that Indonesia has so much to offer for all types of travelers.
In July 2016, I got invited by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia together with 50+ other South East Asian bloggers and influencers to travel around Indonesia for 12 days. I extended my trip to Jakarta for 3 days and was not able to do so much because of the traffic jam. Few from our batch went to Yogyakarta and seeing their amazing photos made me want and eager to go back to Indonesia and visit Yogyakarta.
Luckily Last January 2018, I was able to go back in Indonesia, had a 4-day trip to Jakarta with AirAsia and finally extended my trip for another 4 days just to see the wonders of Yogyakarta. I always wanted to visit temples and palaces in this region and finally, I did. Let me share you where we s…

Allure Hotel and Suites - Mandaue City

We stayed in Allure Hotel last April when we visit Cebu for 3 days. I originally booked 2 deluxe room, but because we came here early and the check in time is 2pm, we had to pay an additional 1000+ to upgrade our 1 deluxe room to junior suite room because it's the only available room that time.

Be Resorts - Mactan Cebu

Second day of our Cebu vacation, we went to Be Resorts Mactan which is located in Punta Engano, Mactan Island. It took us more than 30mins from Allure Hotel - Mandaue to get here via taxi.  This is one of the affordable resort in Mactan. We paid 850 per pax for our daily rate, which includes free lunch with 1 choice of drink and free use of the resort amenities.

Azumi Boutique Hotel (3rd time staycation)

I love staying in Azumi. Yes! It's really obvious because it's my 3rd time to stay here. This time the hotel gave me a special discount. (Thanks to Ms. Lyka for attending my request). I requested for a queen room (3,000php/night) with private bathroom (blackout) because everytime I stay here they were giving me the see-thru bathroom. I was given a corner room on the 7th floor and the room was a bit the same with the other 2 rooms I had here, the only difference is the bathroom is a blackout (private), has personal fridge and no microwave oven. But that's ok, my concern was the bathroom not the kitchen facilities (lol).
I came with my daughter, aunt and sis in law because my kid wants to swim so when we get to our room, we just unpacked our bags, changed into our swimsuit and went to the roof deck where the  infinity pool is located. We stayed at the pool for 2 hours, then by night we had dinner at ATC and as per request ng aking makulet na anak, we went to Starbucks Molit…
