Knowing Yogyakarta Indonesia

Most Filipino travelers would go to nearby countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau (Visa free country) but very few would go to Indonesia. Most Filipinos would only know Bali and Jakarta but little did we know that Indonesia has so much to offer for all types of travelers.
In July 2016, I got invited by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia together with 50+ other South East Asian bloggers and influencers to travel around Indonesia for 12 days. I extended my trip to Jakarta for 3 days and was not able to do so much because of the traffic jam. Few from our batch went to Yogyakarta and seeing their amazing photos made me want and eager to go back to Indonesia and visit Yogyakarta.
Luckily Last January 2018, I was able to go back in Indonesia, had a 4-day trip to Jakarta with AirAsia and finally extended my trip for another 4 days just to see the wonders of Yogyakarta. I always wanted to visit temples and palaces in this region and finally, I did. Let me share you where we s…

An afternoon lunch at Krazy Garlik ATC

It was my 1st time to dine here in Krazy Garlik, together with my cousin Icel at their ATC branch. I convinced my cousin to have late lunch here because I have discount coupons from my BDJ planner, lol.

The restaurant is inviting and kids will definitely like their wall arts. First on our menu, we had Nachos for 450 pesos. We both liked it, I personally love the beef however the cheese tastes ordinary.

For pasta, we had Creamy Chorizo and Sausage for 395 pesos. My cousin liked it. Though it's really creamy, I'm not a fan of this pasta dish.

Four Cheese Pizza, still with  a taste of garlic.

All dish that we had tastes garlic. I mean, literally you can taste garlic on it especially in our pasta.

Overall Rating
Restaurant Vibe: 4/5
Taste: 3/5
Plating & Presentation: 4/5
Price/s: 3/5

Thank You BDJ for my 500 pesos off in our 1500 pesos bill.

Happy 32nd Anniversary (Mama & Papa) in Mama Lou's

Happy 32nd Anniversary to my beloved parents. We had a full dinner in Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen last December 17. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to my parents and how delicious our dinner  was (as always).

Mama Lou's Special Pizza is my all time favorite.

Chicken Marsala. Chicken breast fillet layered with ham and mozzarella cheese in creamy Marsala and caper sauce is my Mom's request.

This Grilled Norwegian Salmon fillet in lemon, butter and caper sauce is my Papa's favorite.

Rollo Di Pollo. This breaded chicken rolls loaded with mozzarella cheese in pesto and pomodoro cheese is my kids favorite.
I will never get tired dining here and bringing my friends and family to share good food.
Thanks again Mama Lou's!
