Earn more points using Robinsons Card


Robinsons Rewards Card is a loyalty card that allows members to earn points for their patronage in any participating Robinsons store. Members are given exclusive discounts and promotions depending ontheir purchases and habits. 

All legitimate Philippine residents with a valid government issues ID or Barangay Certificate are qualified to join. For participants below 18 years old and at least 15 years of age, a school ID may be presented with consent of parent or legal guardian.

Robinsons Rewards Card can be bought for 150 php at any Customer Service/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores. Only one (1) RCC will be issued per person; having multiple cards is not allowed. The Robinsons card is non-transferable and is valid for 2 years from the date of application. For lost or damaged card, pay the replacement fee for 100 php and fill out the application form.

Every five liter gas up earns a point which means that the more customers fuel up at Caltex and shop at Robinsons, the more points for fuel and shopping savings.

  4. I love Loyalty cards like this - we have a range here in the UK, mainly from supermarkets that allow you to collect points and in some cases double their worth - which at Christmas time is always very handy! :)

  13. Loyalty cards are become the number one promotion tool of businesses here in the Philippines. I just hope that those companies that issues this would exert efforts to connect/communicate with their card holders. They shouldn't just settle in giving discounts or privileges when you present the card; they should contact them personally for promos and other events whatsoever. That way, a good and genuine customer relationship could be achieved.

  16. Wow! Robinsons in Phils is big, we do have Robinsons but only 2 outlets. There is lots of promo and benefits using Robinsons card.

  19. MAybe I could relate to the happiness if I already drive my own car and pay for my own gas. lol. Hope it'd be soon. Great business strategy though! Would really generate more loyal patrons.
