My first Yummy Diet 1 week meal plan


I started my Yummy Diet 1 week meal plan last April 13. I was excited to try this so I'll be ready for the upcoming swimming with my family and friends, lol. For my breakfast I had Whole wheat bread with egg, Braised Pork and Red Rice for lunch and Fish Fillet and Red Rice. Apple and Orange for morning and afternoon snack. 

The good thing about Yummy Diet is that you wouldn't feel that you are on a diet because the set of meal are just all yummy and flavorful. Not the typical diet meals that are bland and seems it doesn't have any salt or pepper for flavoring.


2nd dayWhole Wheat Bread with cheese and beans for breakfast. Chicken Salad for lunch and Spaghetti for dinner. Banana and  Whole Grain Cereals for morning an afternoon snack. I liked the spaghetti and the bread with cheese the most. 


3rd day, BLT Sandwich for breakfast, Asian Beef with Snow peas and Red Rice for lunch. Stir fry Tofu  with Red Rice for dinner, Orange and Mango cup for morning and afternoon snack.


4th day, Braised Pork with Egg and Red Rice for breakfast. Chicken Salad for lunch and Fish Fillet with squash, red bell pepper and Rec Rice for dinner. Apple and Whole Wheat Crackers for morning and afternoon snack. 


5th day, I had Mushroom with Tofu and Red Rice, Rosemary Chicken, Pork with Carrots and Red Rice. and for morning & afternoon snack, Banana and Greek Style Yogurt.

I have to say that somehow, I lose a few pounds for having these 5 day meal plan. Though I am eating red and brown rice for more than a year now, I am not that conscious for the amount of food that I take. Being on a diet takes a lot of patience. You can't achieve the body that you want if you don't eat proper food and exercise.

  2. Everything looks so good and definitely doesn't look like diet food. I tried yummy diet at a bazaar and they really serve tasty food.

  3. I am sure planning a diet meal and following it needs lot of patience. As we can easily get bored and tempted towards the other comfort food. I am not following ang diet plan but yes cutting on some carbs and sweet with increase fluids and fruit is ehay I doing as of now.

  6. So do they prepare and deliver it to you every day? Won't the food be stale by dinner time? I like the concept f them preparing for you though, you can easily keep track of the calories this way!

  9. Been seeing Yummy Diet posts all over IG, of course it got me curious. They serve red rice, now that is something. The food looks promising.

    In my experience it's not really how much you eat but what you're eating. I know a lot of slim people such as myself who pig out but only on healthy food our body can digest quite easily. We have quite the appetite but never really gain, we don't do diets too. We just eat healthy meals all day everyday. :)

  10. I've always planned to plan my diet, but I always end up breaking my plan. haha I just can't control it most of the time. And sometimes, my friends/officemates would lure me to break em. haha Anyway, this makes me rethink of planning again. and doing it! haha Thanks!

  18. I've read so much about Yummy the past few days. I'm curious about it. The food seems a lot, haha, compared to what I'm doing here. Maybe that's why I feel weak sometimes (aside from this terrible heat). I'm currently trying to lose weight by shifting to low sodium, low carb diet and well, hip hop abs, haha.
