Lose weight, the yummy and healthy way - this is what Yummy Diet is all about. If we want to lose weight and be on a low calorie diet, our meal doesn't have to deprive the taste. We all want our food to be tasteful and Yummy Diet gives you this weight lost, low calorie meal. 


It's not just eating right will make us fit and healthy but an exercise helps our body to be strong as well. And Yummy Diet had a fitness party at Active Fun in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig last March 20, 2015. It was a fun filled night with 2 sets of Zumba instructors.

This pizza, tuna in bell pepper and crackers alone made me full already. I didn't expect that these meals will be that yummy and very tasty.

  4. mmmm omg wow all that food looks amazing! Theres so much variety in the few pictures you shared, I absolutely hate diets that are bland and boring! In fact those tuna pizza things look better than any dominos I can think of! haha!

  10. No matter what I try I can never lose weight. I might lose about 2-3lbs then just gain it right back and I eat healthy enough. I've heard about juicing but never tried it. Might have to try it and see.

  11. I've tried the growers nutribar in one of their events and it's perfect for the extra energy bar for physical activities. There are a lot of great food also prepared for the events.
