Red Velvet Crinkles and Toasted Pastillas by: ANNSWEET

Another food review for ANNSWEET on their RED VELVET CRINKLES and TOASTED PASTILLAS. Recently I ordered their new pastries, Red Velvet Crinkles for 80 php per pack and with cheese filling for 120 php.

Their version of crinkles is soft and chewy. Right sweetness which I like. Their red velvet cream cheese filled crinkles is not my fave. I can taste the strong cheese and it made me feel like drinking coffee after. I let my cousin G tasted it and she said it's good!

When I gave this Toasted Pastillas to my kid, I only had 1 piece of it coz she finished everything. Shows that she really love the pastillas, it's milky and has the right sweetness I like.

Thanks ANNSWEET for all these goodies. For orders sms or call +63 9272790195.

  4. Red velvet is really one of the most demanded flavor nowadays and I'm one that fell for the trap. Hehe. I'm a sucker for red velvet and I do think I'd love this as much as your kid did. :)

  7. I made pastillas for the first time last week and it was too sweet. I need to try another recipe that is not that sweet. Toasted pastillas sounded interesting. Gotta look for the recipe/

  11. I'm not really into artificial food coloring, do you know if they use beet juice here to make the crinkles red or the usual red food coloring? Haven't had toasted pastillas before, maybe I'll try this one. :)

  16. This is a novel idea of making red velvet crinkles. I definitely want to try it. Too bad my daughter already made her choco crinkles for her school project. This would have been more exciting.
