Afternoon cravings at Street Shack BF Aguirre

I recently went to BF Aguirre with my kid and bestie. After buying my baking tools and ingredients in Love to Bake in BF Paranaque, we went straight to Tea Life to buy our usual tea favorites. After that, we went straight to BF Aguirre to look for a place to have late lunch/snack.

Street Shack is right after Starbucks Aguirre, before heading to the stop light of Lopez street. It's a small restaurant with bright Red outdoor tables and chairs.

I like how this restaurant made this car tires into an artistic table. This place is more like of a "tambayan" or hang out place for young adults and teenagers who wants to chill, have a beer and chit chat with your pals.

Fish and Chips for me and my baby Chichi. My kid loves the fish and I like the twister fries.

Bestie G ordered a Pork Sisig. For less than 170 php. Taste is good but the serving is small for a hungry tummy that bestie has, lol. We might go back here and try their signature burgers.

  1. I like the laid back vibe. The food does look generic, and if the serving is small, it doesn't sound too tempting to me.

  3. The fish and chips would probably be the one I am going to order there. I hope they open a branch in Quezon City somewhere.

  5. I like how cozy the colors and the design are. But the foods looks like a little ordinary. But you can't really judge a food without tasting them. Was it a common flavor?

  6. The place looks nice and comfy just away from those fancy kind of restaurant and i usually find their food is much better than the fancy places.

  8. Are there more seating inside? It does look small but looks pretty interesting. This is the kind of place car enthusiasts would want to hang out in. Hehe. Did that fish and chips taste spicy?

  9. I know this place and before it's an empty road....because I worked there. Now, more establishments are sprouting-out. Yes, the tambayan-style, some kind of a beer house.

  11. I really should visit Paranaque soon and just solely for a food trip! I like places like these to dine in from time to time unless it's really hot out. The sisig looks good, too bad about the small serving though.

  14. Red is a good pyschological color. Food chains and restaurants really have these color in their place or logo. Quite a restaurant!

  16. Personally, hindi ko type ang color ng place. Ang sakit sa mata. However, the foods seems good naman and okay ang price. I frequented BF Aguirre visiting Cafe Alezon, so next time I'll go check this place.

  17. The place looks nice, having that "tambayan sa kanto" feel. I love the use of the tires for furniture, adds more character to it.
